Tsuneishi Foundation (Cebu) Inc. Scholarship Grants for 2016 - 2017

CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION

>   should be a graduate from any Public Elementary School within Toledo City, Balamban, or Asturias
>   should have a general average rating of at least 88%
>   should not obtain a grade below 85% in any of his subjects in the final grading
>   should be willing to enroll in any Public High School in Toledo City, Balamban, or Asturias
>   applicant must not be more than 13 years old at the time of the application

All criteria must be met. Lacking one qualification disqualifies the applicant.


SCHOLAR'S BENEFITS

>   a Tsuneishi Foundation High School Scholar will receive the following provisions for the following year level:
          Grade 7 - PhP3000.00/school year
          Grade 8 - PhP3000.00/school year
          Grade 9 - PhP3000.00/school year
          Grade 10 - PhP3000.00/school year
          Grade 11 - PhP3000.00/school year
          Grade 12 - PhP3000.00/school year
>   opportunity to become a Tsuneishi Foundation College Scholar and be employed in any Tsuneishi Group of Companies after college


INSTRUCTIONS

>    Application kit should contain ALL of the following requirements
          - completed & signed application form, with current 2x2 colored photo
          - certified true copy of elementary report card (form 138)
          - certificate of good moral character
          - original certification from principal that applicant is an Elementary Graduate of S.Y.2015-2016
>   Complete application kit should be submitted on or before April 15, 2016 at THICI-HRD office to Daphne N. Abejar  Tel No. 230-8403 loc 6765.


Pre-qualified applicants will be scheduled for written examination on April 22, 2016 at THI Training Center.
