16th of February, 2013 marked Tukar 2013. This was one of the programs proposed and approved by the Toledo City Government for the local youth members from the different youth organizations.
It would have not been made possible if not for the support of Mr. Louie Espinosa (who happens to be a band member himself) and his father, Mayor Rudy Espinosa. Many of the City Government employees took time in giving the youth one hell of fun night.
The bands who made all the music possible were Toledo City's local bands Tingkagol, Defluvium, Derthals, 90 Proof, major 7, a couple of bands who have made names in their music genres, Island Pohaku, Grassroots, Fern, Killing Amy, and the famous Bisrock band Missing Filemon.
The event started at 6 in the afternoon and finished at 2 in the morning the day after. It was a free event for the first 500. The dress code was to wear shorts, shades, and slippers.
